Igglybuff	bb6f9e7cbc	a few tweaks ... I've tweaked some of the descriptions and removed BitComet as it doesn't seem like a client worth using after a quick reddit search. Also removed duplicate OffCloud. Sorry about that - I am aware that OffCloud does fit into more than just the premium link generators category and I'm trying to think of ways to make the categories more complete without duplicating links.
